1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of Nazrana Finance, a receipt generation and management portal. By registering, logging in or using portal features, you acknowledge these terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. About the Service
Nazrana Finance provides tools for creating, viewing, managing and printing money transfer and payment receipts, along with related account and business management features.
The portal is a record-management tool. Unless expressly stated otherwise, it does not itself transfer money, verify a bank transaction, or guarantee that a payment has occurred. A generated receipt alone should not be treated as independent proof that funds were transferred or received.
3. User Accounts
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password.
- You must promptly notify the portal administrator if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
- You must not share accounts or allow unauthorized persons to use your login credentials.
- You must not attempt to bypass CAPTCHA, authentication, role restrictions or other security controls.
4. Admin and Retailer Permissions
Admin: The Admin may access and manage records belonging to all Retailers, including relevant customer information, receipts, transaction entries and account records, for authorized administration and operational purposes.
Retailer: A Retailer may access and manage only the receipts, customers and business records associated with their own account. Retailers must not access or attempt to access another Retailer's records.
Users must not exploit bugs, URLs, APIs or other methods to obtain access beyond their assigned permissions. Access to records must be consistent with the portal's actual authorization controls and applicable law.
5. Receipts and Transaction Information
- You are responsible for ensuring that receipt details are accurate and authorized for use.
- You must not create receipts containing knowingly false, misleading or fraudulent information.
- You must not use generated receipts to impersonate another person or business, misrepresent a payment, or support unlawful activity.
- You should verify transaction details with the relevant bank, payment provider or other authorized source when necessary.
- You are responsible for checking receipt information before printing, sharing or relying on it.
6. Customer Data and Privacy
You must have a lawful basis and any required permission to enter or process customer names, mobile numbers, transaction details and other personal information through the portal.
You must use customer information only for legitimate and authorized purposes, keep it accurate where reasonably possible, and avoid disclosing it to unauthorized persons. Our handling of information is described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Prohibited Activities
You must not use the portal to:
- Commit fraud, impersonation or any unlawful activity.
- Create, alter or distribute receipts intended to deceive others.
- Access another user's account, receipts or private information without authorization.
- Attempt to disrupt, damage, overload or compromise the portal or its security.
- Upload malicious code or misuse any portal feature.
- Use the service in violation of applicable laws or third-party rights.
8. Security and CAPTCHA
The portal may use login verification, CAPTCHA, session controls and other security measures. You must not attempt to bypass or interfere with these safeguards.
No online system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You should use a strong password, keep your device secure and log out when using a shared device.
9. Service Availability and Changes
We aim to keep the portal available and functioning properly, but maintenance, technical issues, hosting problems or circumstances beyond our reasonable control may cause interruptions. Features, plans or functionality may change as the service develops.
Users should maintain their own lawful business records where appropriate and should not rely on the portal as their only copy of important information.
10. Account Restriction or Suspension
Subject to applicable law and any relevant agreement, access may be restricted or an account may be suspended where there is a reasonable concern about security, misuse, fraudulent activity, violation of these terms or a legal requirement.
11. Responsibility and Limitations
You are responsible for the information you enter, the receipts you generate and how you use or share those receipts. You should independently verify important transaction information.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the portal is provided on an available-service basis, without a guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these terms excludes a right or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
12. Third-Party Services
The portal may rely on third-party services such as hosting, fonts or other technical resources. Those services may be governed by their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party services to the extent permitted by applicable law.
13. Changes to These Terms
These Terms and Conditions may be updated as the portal, its features or applicable requirements change. The revised version will be published on this page with an updated revision date where appropriate. Continued use after changes take effect may constitute acceptance where permitted by law.
14. Applicable Law
These terms are subject to applicable laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the competent courts or authorities as determined under applicable law.
15. Contact and Support
