2. How We Use Information

We may use information for the following purposes:

3. Admin, Retailer and Business Data

Nazrana Finance is a receipt management portal that provides two user roles: Admin and Retailer. Access to information depends on the user's role and permissions within the portal.

  • Admin Access: The Admin is authorized to access and manage records belonging to all Retailers, including their permitted customer details, receipts, transaction records and related business information. The Admin may also manage Retailer accounts and permissions for portal administration.
  • Retailer Access: Each Retailer can access and manage only the receipts, customers, transaction entries and other business records associated with their own account. Retailers are not authorized to access another Retailer's private business records through the portal.
  • Account Information: User registration details, login information and relevant account activity may be processed to provide access, manage accounts and protect portal security.

Purpose of Access: Admin access to Retailer records is intended for authorized portal administration, account management, technical support, security monitoring and other legitimate operational or legal purposes, as applicable.

Retailer Responsibilities: Retailers are responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary authorization to collect and enter customer information and generate receipts using that information. They should keep their login credentials confidential and must not attempt to access another Retailer's account or data.

Data Protection: Nazrana Finance aims to protect business records through appropriate access controls and security measures. Information is handled in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable legal requirements.
